Privacy

The footfall sensors are only designed with foot traffic counting features, they do not take pictures like a camera.  Only irreversible, anonymised data is collected and utilised for reporting purposes.

Each person tracked is randomly assigned a unique identifier which cannot be traced back to any specific individual.  The data collected undergoes encryption during transmission to ensure its protection. Enhanced privacy settings are also available including privacy mode showing pure black images, and image blurring.
