Our PeopleCounter Software works with the Xovis overhead counters to automatically generate daily, weekly and monthly footfall reports, presented in a user-friendly dashboard.
The software can be housed on your own server, or for a more streamlined and convenient approach, we can host your system in our cloud server (yearly fees apply and a broadband connection is reqired on site)

As conversion rates are calculated based on sales vs. footfall, it is vital that your footfall counts are as accurate as possible. To ensure your footfall figures are as accurate as possible and not distorted by staff movements, Xovis counters can filter out staff wearing special name tags.
These are detected by the counter and filtered out from the footfall data so you know your footfall isn’t being inflated or distorted by staff entering and leaving, taking deliveries, helping customers outside your store, meeting and greeting etc.
This means your conversion rates are as accurate as possible.

No video is routinely collected as video processing is done on the device in real time. This means there are no privacy issues associated with using these devices.
The units can also be configured to obfusticate or blur video images to preserve anonymity when collection video for accuracy validation and calibration.
