Axiomatic provided temporary footfall counters to Warminster Town Council to help them count the visitor numbers to the Spring in the Park event.
Warminster Town Council had an excellent bank holiday weekend with 4500 people enjoying a visit to Warminster’s Lake Pleasure Grounds to attend Spring in the Park on Sunday 1st May.
As visitor numbers are such an imnportant metric and due to pre
vious difficulties getting a handle on the figures, the council had approached Axiomatic for help.
We were able to to offer our outdoor beam counters for rental for the period leading up to and during the event. The counters captured the visitor trends and were supplied with robust housings to protect them from the great British weather. The Council installed the counters themselves and were very happy with the results.
‘We hired the people counters for our annual event in our town park. We were regularly asked how many people attended the event but could only ever give a best estimate. With the counters we can now give a definite figure which we will use for our marketing next year. Will definitely use them again’.
